Work Experience
I have worked for over 10 years as a physical therapist in an outpatient Orthopedic setting, treating patients of all ages. My passion is helping women address their pelvic health, in order to improve bowel, bladder, and/or sexual function. My goal is to equip clients with the knowledge and tools to decrease pain, improve strength and return to doing the activities they enjoy.
Personal Journey
I have been on the receiving end of pelvic floor physical therapy, therefore I have first-hand experience of the many benefits of pelvic floor rehabilitation. I have suffered from sacroiliac pain, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and core and pelvic floor weakness. I know how powerful and effective pelvic floor therapy can be, and I look forward to helping equip you with the tools you need to improve and feel better.

Outside of work I am busy raising three young children with my husband. We love spending our time being active outside in this beautiful valley!
